Aufgaben

You translate strategy into tangible results – every day in the store.
As a Manager, you connect people, performance, and processes.

You lead teams, develop talents, and ensure that commercial goals become alive in everyday life.

Qualifikation

You know: A successful store is created where leadership provides orientation and motivation shows its effect.
You keep an eye on sales, service, and atmosphere alike.

Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, steer priorities, and bring the store a little bit further every day. Your impact is visible everywhere – in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.
