About the Company Paramount Communications Ltd is setting up a greenfield Cable manufacturing Plant at Narmadapuram in Madhya Pradesh. The company will manufacture a wide range of cable products, including Extra High Voltage (EHV) cables with capacities of up to 132 KV, as well as specialised conductors and cables for the transmission sector. In addition, the facility will produce elastomeric E-Beam cables and EPR (lead-sheathed rubber) cables. About the Role We are hiring the first batch of Managers who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, including managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high levels of quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in the cable industry. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products. • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain management. • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, production, and quality control. • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. About the Candidate We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals who can lead our team in achieving our goals. The ideal candidate should have: • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the cable industry. • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and guide teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
