Roles & Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Transformation provides comprehensive HR and Talent services across a range of industries. Specific focus areas include: * HR Transformation * HR Service Delivery * HR Operating Models * Organization Design * Organization Development * Organization Restructuring * Talent Management * Talent Acquisition * Learning & Development * Change Management * HR Technology Strategy & Implementation * Workforce Planning * Total Rewards * HR M&A Integration * HR Compliance * Employee Relations * HR Due Diligence The Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the following: * Participate in the design and delivery of HR and Talent solutions for clients. * Manage project teams and client relationships. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations. * Contribute to the growth and development of the HR Strategy & Transformation practice. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR transformation. * Experience with HR operating models, organization design, or organization development. * Strong project management and client relationship skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel as required.
