Assembly Manager Cluj-Napoca

We are looking for a technical, organized, and responsible person to coordinate and supervise the assembly team's activity, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• coordinating and organizing assembly teams for garage door installation;
• planning work and efficiently allocating resources, materials, and equipment;
• supervising the assembly and installation of garage doors, according to technical specifications and client requirements;
• verifying the correct assembly of components and accessories necessary for optimal door functionality;
• coordinating the installation of automation systems and verifying their functionality;
• identifying and solving technical problems that arise during work;
• verifying work quality and adherence to safety regulations;
• managing client relationships during the work and ensuring effective communication;
• monitoring adherence to execution deadlines and intervening promptly in case of delays;
• training and coordinating team members, as well as monitoring their performance;
• providing the client with information and instructions regarding the use and maintenance of the garage door;
• preparing and submitting reports on work performed, materials used, and any identified problems;
• collaborating with the technical, commercial, and logistics departments for the smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• relevant experience in assembly, installations, electromechanics, or a similar technical field;
• experience in team coordination is a significant advantage;
• solid technical knowledge in the electrical/electromechanical field;
• ability to organize, plan, and prioritize activities;
• coordination and communication skills with the team and clients;
• ability to identify and solve technical problems;
• attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation;
• availability for travel to client locations and, when necessary, for extended hours;
• availability for working at height;
• welding experience is an advantage
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
