Manager - ML Delivery & Data Operations

About the job Mechademy's ML operations are at an inflection point. We've built internal tools that can create production-grade machine learning models in under 30 minutes — even for years of industrial sensor data. The delivery engine exists. Now we need someone to run the factory. We're looking for a Manager — ML Delivery & Data Operations with 5-7 years of experience to own our ML model lifecycle, client data onboarding, and operational excellence. You'll work directly with the Director of Data Science to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into our product suite. This role is critical in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing processes for ML model lifecycle management, including data quality control, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and ensure successful integration of their data into our platform. • Designing and implementing data pipelines to support ML model development and deployment. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data science. Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in a related field (e.g., ML engineering, data operations, or data science). • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including model development, deployment, and monitoring. • Experience with data pipelines, data quality control, and feature engineering. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
