Job description
Multinational company active in the automotive industry is looking for a Maintenance Manager.
- Higher technical education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production machinery maintenance;
- Innovative person, results and performance oriented;
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- English - advanced level
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing the requirement for spare parts for machines and installations: elements, minimum and maximum stock, and reordering.
- Requesting quotes for spare parts from external suppliers. Issuing corresponding purchase orders.
- Monthly monitoring of spare parts consumption for machines and installations. Launching action plans to reduce consumption.
- Controlling expenses for consumables.
- Developing a preventive maintenance plan. Total Productive Maintenance, TPM.
- Daily monitoring of machine downtime due to breakdowns. Calculating and creating charts for defined maintenance indicators.
