Manager Matrite/Expert in Turnare prin Injecție

Fabrica with its headquarters in Mintia, Hunedoara, is recruiting a Manager Matrite/Expert in Turnare prin Injecție mase plastice . Reporting to the industrialization department with its headquarters in France, you will be responsible for technical expertise in injection molding, improving tools, validating colors for new developments and training local teams.

Main Missions

• Expertiză în turnare prin injecție : Ensuring the performance and reliability of injection molding processes, optimizing production parameters and resolving complex technical problems.
• Îmbunătățirea sculelor : Leading optimization and maintenance projects for existing tools, in collaboration with local teams and the industrialization department in France.
• Validarea culorilor : Coordinating and validating the development of new colors for projects, in collaboration with research and development teams and material suppliers. Ensuring compliance with client and internal standards.
• Integrarea noilor metode de producție : Supervising the implementation and putting into operation of new tools and equipment, respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Instruire și dezvoltare a competențelor : Training operators and technicians at the site on good injection practices, tool maintenance, using new equipment and color validation procedures.
• Colaborare interfuncțională : Working in collaboration with technical teams, production teams, quality teams, procurement teams, and research and development teams from Romania and France.
• Managementul furnizorilor : Monitoring and evaluating external service providers (maintenance, tool manufacturing, material suppliers etc.).
• Raportare : Reporting periodically to French managers on progress, gaps, and areas that require improvements.

Desired Profile

• Educație : Higher education in mechanics, industrialization, and production, with a specialization in injection molding of plastic materials.
• Experiență : At least 5 years of experience in managing molders and injection molding of plastic materials, ideally in an international industrial environment. Experience in color validation and training technical teams is an advantage.
• Competențe tehnice : Mastery of injection processes, knowledge of CAD/CAM software, project management, didactic skills, and experience in colorimetry or color validation.
• Limbi străine : Romanian, French, or English fluent (spoken and written).
• Calități personale : Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, ability to work in a multicultural environment, pedagogical sense, and analytical skills.

Terms

• A position with headquarters in Romania, with occasional travel to France.
