You will be the end-to-end owner of our marketplaces on Amazon India, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, ensuring seamless integration with our internal systems and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence across marketplaces, leveraging insights from market research and competitor analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketplace goals, metrics, and KPIs. • Analyze marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Build strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders, including platform representatives, vendors, and customers. • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to inform marketplace strategies. • Work closely with the growth team to identify opportunities for expansion into new marketplaces or platforms. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
