Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies and analyze competitors to attract new market segments;
• Develop, organize, and monitor marketing activity;
• Coordinate and respond to marketing department activities;
• Centralize marketing campaigns by preparing a marketing agenda. The agenda will be updated as needed;
• Participate in discussions with producers/suppliers, centralize, analyze, and send the final marketing campaign to approval. Supervise and ensure the fulfillment of the monthly target for ongoing campaigns;
• Centralize and analyze periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) specific to the department (campaign reports, daily pharmacy visits, etc.)
• Set tasks for subordinates;
• Set tasks for subordinate salaries, priorities in executing tasks, and periodically evaluate subordinate activity;
• Participate in programs for elaborating and updating job descriptions for subordinate salaries as needed;

Requirements:

Higher education completed;
Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical domain - a mandatory requirement;
Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
Communication and presentation skills;
Excellent knowledge of PC operation (Excel, Word);

Foreign languages: English advanced.
