Job Description: The Manager-Management Consulting will be responsible for leading a team of consultants in the development and implementation of management consulting projects across various energy sectors, including renewable energy, power generation, transmission, distribution, and oil & gas. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the energy sector. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of consultants in the development and implementation of management consulting projects across various energy sectors. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services that meet those needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients. * Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in the energy sector. * Develop and present reports, recommendations, and proposals to clients. * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Requirements: * Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on the energy sector. * Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong understanding of the energy sector, including renewable energy, power generation, transmission, distribution, and oil & gas.
