Job description
Principal responsibilities:
- Schedule and control commercial and administrative activity of the magazine;
- Monitor daily performance of the magazine and analyze monthly results reflected in the operating account, to identify problems and establish action plans to address them;
- Ensure application and respect for all internal procedures of the magazine, company regulations, and company values, to guarantee efficient operation of the magazine;
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to meet their expectations and facilitate the purchasing process.
Profile we are looking for:
- Previous experience in managing a store or similar role in the retail industry;
- Excellent communication and interaction skills with customers and employees;
- Proactivity and problem-solving orientation.
