• You have the ability to motivate people towards achieving proposed objectives;
• You have good communication skills, teamwork, and organization skills;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a store manager;
• You have experience working in retail commerce;
• You have experience and constantly work with Microsoft Office;
• You have knowledge of the English language - conversational and written;
• You have completed studies, minimum bachelor's degree.

Job description:

The Manager Magazin role involves:

• You will greet and relate to customers at the magazine to promote products;
• You will coordinate the team under your supervision to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives;
• You will monitor and manage inventory correctly;
• You will participate in recruitment and training activities for new colleagues;
• You will communicate with all departments within the company for smooth activity.
