- Experience in leading a team of at least 6 people;
- Profile: ambitious person, with initiative, oriented towards results, positive, dynamic, correct, analytical;
- Needs communication skills, relationship building, planning, rapid information assimilation, presentation, team coordination, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Person oriented towards clients;

Responsibilities:
- Leading, organizing, and optimizing the activity of the store under subordination
- Coordinating, developing, and, if necessary, recruiting the team under subordination
- Direct sales to consumers when necessary;
- Achieving set objectives;
- Permanent supervision of competitors;
- Representing the company in front of local authorities;
- Responsibility for taken-over management;
