We are seeking a passionate retail and leadership manager to lead our store team!

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all store activities – from operations and logistics to managing the team and customer relationships. You will be the ambassador of our organizational culture and contribute actively to growing performance and customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Coordinate and implement store activities, always keeping sales, service quality, and your team in mind;
• Be actively involved in achieving sales targets and monitor store results;
• Ensure the team and customers are always up-to-date with new products and promotions;
• Integrate marketing strategies into store activities;
• Identify and attract talents, contributing to team development;
• Ensure the team respects company procedures and standards;
• Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and motivating work environment.

Candidates should have:

• A university degree;
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of retail, merchandising, and team management;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• The ability to resolve problems and think proactively;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• A medium level of English language proficiency;
• A person who is organized, motivated, and results-oriented.
