Principal responsibilities:
- Ensuring the implementation of sales principles in the store
- Responsibility for revenue/sales;
- Inventory management
- Cashier and sales activities
- Planning employee activities and managing the team
- Receiving and preparing merchandise for sale
- Taking over and managing customer requests and potential complaints
- Participating in recruitment, training, and retention of employees
Ideal candidate:
- Higher education completed/Medi
- Experience in the field of commerce/sales
- Communication skills
- A high level of involvement and willingness to learn
