• Ensuring the implementation of sales principles in the store
• Responsibility for revenue/ sales;
• Inventory management
• Cashier and sales activities
• Planning employee activities and managing the team
• Receiving and preparing merchandise for sale
• Taking over and managing customer requests and potential complaints
• Participating in recruitment, training, and retention of employees
