Logistics Manager

Vernicolor Romania is looking for a Logistics Manager to coordinate logistics, procurement, and material flow management activities, ensuring timely product delivery and the availability of necessary resources for the production process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinates procurement, planning, warehousing, and shipping activities.
• Ensures the availability of raw materials and components required for production, in accordance with the production plan.
• Coordinates the relationship with suppliers and monitors their delivery performance.
• Optimizes inventory levels and material flow, aiming to reduce logistics costs.
• Ensures timely delivery of products to customers, adhering to quality requirements and established deadlines.
• Coordinates subordinate teams and supports their development.
• Monitors performance indicators (KPIs) and implements continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position in logistics, planning, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of material planning, inventory management, transportation, and procurement processes.
• Experience in team coordination and optimization project management.
• Advanced English language skills.
• ERP and Microsoft Office operating knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
