Manager Logistica

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Manager Logistica, ready to lead and optimize the workflow of the logistics department.

Main Responsibilities:

• SUPERVISING daily operations within the logistics department;
• LEADING and organizing subordinate departments; 
• ENSURING product delivery to clients;  
• ESTABLISHING and maintaining objectives and performance indicators with management;  
• PRESENTING periodic or spontaneous reports and analyses, as required by superiors or clients;
• RESPONSIBLE for maintaining a favorable work climate in the department;
• RESPONSIBLE for identifying training needs of subordinates and ensuring continuous professional development;
• Maintaining and verifying specific documentation related to logistics activities
• COORDINATING and actively participating in specific pharmaceutical industry logistics processes;
• COORDINATING and actively participating in annual or monthly inventory management;
• PARTICIPATING and maintaining a quality management system conform to current legislation;
• PARTICIPATING actively in external or internal audits;
• IDENTIFYING and implementing solutions for optimizing logistics processes;
• MONITORING team performance and reporting results to management.

Requirements:

• UNIVERSITY DEGREE GRADUATE;
• PRIOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in logistics;
• EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION and planning skills;
• CAPACITY TO TAKE RAPID AND EFFICIENT DECISIONS UNDER PRESSURE;
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS and team spirit pronounced;
• SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF OPERATING LOGISTICS-SPECIFIC COMPUTER SYSTEMS; EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH Charisma ERP - CONSTITUTES AN ADVANTAGE
• KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE - MANDATORY;
