Manager Logistic Depozit (Warehouse Manager)

We are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER to join our team at NAN GROUP. With over 15 years of experience in transportation, logistics and event organization, we have built a business that synergizes with the needs of technical solutions, logistics, transport and storage for the BTL/Events zone.

NAN Group is currently structured into 3 divisions:

• NAN EVENTS: event management, equipment rental, strategy and project management
• NAN LOGISTIC: warehousing, transportation, material implementation in-store and out-of-store, equipment rental
• NAN TECHNOLOGY: experiential activations, photobooths, Wi-Fi infrastructure for events with up to 1,000 participants simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate warehouse activities from an administrative perspective, participating in monthly and/or annual inventory processes; storage, arrangement of goods in the warehouse, cleanliness;
• Ensure that all daily and monthly operations are resolved correctly and on schedule;
• Implement and coordinate a correct system for verifying material reception. Responsible for storing materials in good condition, respecting safety and health at work and emergency situations (PSI);
• Coordinate the department of inventory management;
• Maintain records of inventory items and propose disposal or removal from use;
• Collaborate with all departments of the company and offer consulting and support on logistics, inventory management, etc.;
• Propose process optimizations and existing procedures, as well as develop specific work protocols for warehouse activities;
• Recruit or participate in recruiting personnel under their supervision; 
• Evaluate the professional performance of personnel under their supervision periodically;    
• Evaluate job descriptions of personnel under their supervision constantly, respectively issue new employee job descriptions (specific attributes) and transmit them along with the rest of the information/documents to the HR department.
