MANAGER (Play Area GYMBOLAND/ REMATCH)

We are looking for a passionate Manager of Play Area to join our team within a renowned play area. If you want to be part of a dynamic, energetic and fun environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Play areas Gymboland/ Rematch are located in Mall-ures: AFI COTROCENI, MEGA MALL, PROMENADA, SUN PLAZA, VITAN, MILITARI.

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities of the play area applying specific brand procedures;
• Ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all visitors (children and parents);
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at location level;
• Manage inventory of products and equipment;
• Recruit staff, motivate the team to ensure loyalty and achieve objectives on location;
• Solve efficiently any problems that may arise within the play area.
• Report financial, human resources, and administrative situations for Gymboland/ Rematch location you represent. 

What we are looking for:

• You have experience in commercial management (minimum 2 years as Manager of Play Area);
• You know operational commercial procedures (offering services to clients);
• You coordinate and organize work teams (Assistant Manager, Cashier, Child Supervisor);
• You are open to working in 8-hour shifts (conforming to the mall's schedule 09:00 - 22:00, including weekend shifts);
• You have PC knowledge (Office - Excel) for reporting financial/ HR situations and internal communication;
• You communicate in medium-level English (you will work in a multicultural environment);
