Job Description: Location Manager

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Location Managers for our locations at AFI Cotroceni Bucharest and AFI Mall Brasov. This position offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment - a children's playground, where you will have a direct impact on the success and efficiency of our daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the location's daily activities to ensure efficient and smooth operation.
• Ensuring quality customer service (parents and children). Managing difficult situations.
• Management of the team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Development and implementation of strategies to improve services offered and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring and managing the location's budget to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
• Collaboration with marketing and sales departments to promote the location and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in location management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge in budget management and resource planning.
• Customer orientation and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
