About the Team Navi operates across Lending, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, and UPI. This role sits within the Lending function, which is a core growth engine for Navi and central to our mission of making financial services simple, affordable, and accessible for a billion Indians. Within Lending, the HL Business team looks at the overall strategy and performance of our loan Housing Loan portfolio. The team is responsible for sourcing and customer acquisition, conversions across different product lines, and ensuring that we are meeting our customers' needs while driving business growth. As a key member of this team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives that drive growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless integration and execution of our plans.
