Manager, Legal & Business Affairs

We are seeking an experienced Legal & Business Affairs Manager to support business operations across Latin America, including Central America and Mexico . This role will serve as a strategic legal partner to internal stakeholders, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments, with the ability to balance legal risk management and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, to ensure that business operations are conducted in a manner consistent with company policies and applicable laws. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Manager, Legal & Business Affairs will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to: contract negotiations, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
