Manager, Lease Compliance

Job Summary We are seeking a structured, analytical and collaborative Compliance Manager to join our Leasing team. This role is responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing documentation standards and monitoring compliance across the department. You’ll play a key role in supporting governance improvements, identifying control gaps and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement practical solutions that improve transparency, accountability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive lease compliance policies and procedures; • Conduct regular audits and reviews of lease documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps and implement process improvements; • Provide training and guidance to leasing staff on lease compliance best practices; • Monitor and report on lease compliance metrics and trends; • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, laws and industry standards related to lease compliance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, law); • 5+ years of experience in lease compliance or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
