Manager Learning & Development Internal Communication

As Manager Learning & Development Internal Communication, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies to ensure that all employees are informed about the latest developments within our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders and employees, to create a culture of transparency and openness. Your tasks will include: Developing and implementing internal communication strategies; Creating content for internal communications (e.g. newsletters, intranet articles); Organizing internal events and activities; Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives; Providing guidance and support to department heads and team leaders on internal communication matters. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who has a passion for learning and development, internal communication and collaboration. You have a strong background in HR or Communications and have experience with developing and implementing internal communication strategies. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
