We are not looking for a classic CSR manager. Not a project administrator, not a report writer, not a pure appointment coordinator.

We are looking for a person who inspires other people. A networker, a designer, an enabler – someone who opens doors, builds trust, and turns contacts into real partnerships.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Build new partnerships with companies, schools, associations, foundations, and institutions
• Nurture existing cooperations long-term and personally
• Organize customer events, enjoyment evenings, networking events, and benefit formats
• Develop new concepts for the promotion of children and young people
• Win sponsors, donors, and new cooperation partners
• Represent the Bremen spice trade and the Genusshelfer initiative externally
• Identify opportunities for joint projects and develop sustainable partnerships from them
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and management
• Make good stories visible and inspire people with them
• Capture moments from cooperations and events (photos, raw video footage) and thereby supply our social media channels with content

Qualification

Who we are looking for:

Your CV is secondary – your personality is decisive. Perhaps you come from marketing, sales, event management, fundraising, project management, hospitality, tourism, communication, or volunteer work. Perhaps from a completely different field.
