Task

As a manager of reception and personnel, your main task is to ensure that high-quality customer service is provided in our store. You are responsible for welcoming customers, ensuring the smooth flow of their passage at the checkout, and the overall satisfaction of their experience in our store.
You report to the store director and take the necessary initiatives and decisions to ensure the store operates well in his absence.

Responsibility Area

• You make sure that our customers are well informed and you exchange their suggestions and comments with your team.
• You emphasize friendliness, professionalism, and service to develop a superior customer experience. You work on reception and lead the checkout team to ensure a quality service every time.
• You are also responsible for planning the rooster based on the workload and traffic.
• You analyze daily results and detect deviations, taking measures to improve things. And because we're always looking for new ideas for the future of Carrefour, you'll also have the opportunity to propose and initiate actions.
• As a true team leader, you will motivate and guide your colleagues in their professional development. You create a pleasant and healthy work environment where everyone feels good.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience) and have relevant experience, preferably in the sales, retail, or hospitality sector.
• You are willing to work 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, and to ensure some opening or closing shifts per month.
• Your qualities: customer- and result-oriented, assertive, organized, flexible, and teamwork.
