IT Manager

To support the company's development and digitalization projects, we are looking for an IT Manager to lead the IT team and actively contribute to the modernization of processes and technological infrastructure.

Role of the position

Coordinates and develops the company's IT activity, ensuring the optimal functioning of the infrastructure, system security, and the implementation of digitalization projects. Identifies and implements technological solutions that support operational efficiency and organizational development.

Main Responsibilities :

• Elaboration and implementation of the IT strategy, aligned with the company's objectives;
• Administration and development of IT infrastructure: networks, servers, operating systems, equipment, business applications, and communication services;
• Ensuring cybersecurity, access policies, backup, and incident recovery;
• Coordination of IT and digital transformation projects: software implementations, infrastructure modernizations, automations, and cloud migrations;
• Managing relationships with IT, hardware, software, and telecommunications service providers;
• Monitoring the functioning of IT applications and identifying solutions for optimizing organizational processes;
• Coordination of user support activities, IT onboarding, and offboarding;
• IT budget administration and identification of cost optimization opportunities;
• Leading, developing, and motivating the IT team;
• Periodic reporting of performance indicators, risks, and project status to management.

Requirements :

• University degree in Computer Science, Automation, Computers, Economic Cybernetics, Telecommunications, or similar fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which at least 1-2 years in a coordination or management role;
• Practical experience in IT infrastructure administration (networks, servers, operating systems, e-mail, backup, user support);
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and IT risk management;
• Experience in managing budgets, acquisitions, and IT vendors;
• Experience in digital transformation projects, automation, and process optimization;
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and prioritization skills;
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into language accessible to non-technical management.
