Manager IT

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing IT systems and complex applications.
Cisco knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
Experience with WMS, SAP, CIEL or other ERP applications.
Solid understanding of network, security, and backup concepts.
Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing systems.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating a technical team is required.
Good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
English language proficiency is mandatory
Knowledge about transportation and logistics constitutes an advantage

Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and hardware/software infrastructure.
Maintaining contact with the Austrian IT department regarding project implementation and maintenance.
Managing and supporting critical applications: WMS, SAP, CIEL, ERP systems, and other company-specific solutions.
Monitoring system performance and implementing corrective measures.
Governing backup, restoration, and business continuity plans.
Ensuring IT infrastructure security (patches, updates, access policies, vulnerability monitoring).
Collaborating with software and hardware suppliers for technical support and implementation.
Providing advanced technical support to users and internal teams.
Implementing and monitoring internal IT policies.
Documenting system procedures and configurations.
Coordinating and managing a team of 3 specialists, ensuring activity planning, support, and professional development for team members.
Participating in IT improvement and development projects.
