Manager IT

• Higher education in IT, Automation or Engineering;
• Relevant experience in IT administration, coordination and project management;
• Knowledge about ERP systems, databases, networking, cybersecurity;
• Experience with industrial automation, SCADA, PLC – advantageous;
• Leadership and interdepartmental communication skills;
• Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalling);
• Server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V);
• Experience with cloud solutions (SharePoint, Azure, AWS);

• Experience with ERP/CRM/MES – preferably in production/industrial environments;

• Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment (servers, workstations, printers, networks, etc.);
• Monitor security and scalability of networks and data transmission and storage systems according to European directive NIS2, GDPR, ISO27001;
• Manage relationships with IT equipment and service providers, including fixed-line and mobile telephony.

• Administer ERP, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), WMS (Warehouse Management System), POS (if applicable) systems;
• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance departments to identify digitalization needs;
• Provide technical support to users and training;
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery systems.

• Oversee and optimize the interface between IT systems and automated production equipment;
• Coordinate modernization projects and Industry 4.0+;
• Collaborate with process engineers and technical teams to integrate IoT, SCADA, AI, ML, etc. solutions.

• Promote IT strategies for medium and long-term, correlated with company objectives;
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that can improve operational efficiency;
• Coordinate the IT budget, optimize costs, and track ROI on technology projects.

Beciul Domnesc was founded in 1949 and is one of the largest wine producers in Romania.

The company cultivates over 1,400 hectares of vineyards in renowned regions: Cotești, Odobești, Panciu, and Huși. The pride of the company is the Beciul Domnesc Monument, dating back to the time of Ştefan cel Mare and housing over 100,000 bottles of wine. Due to its historical importance, the Beciul Domnesc Monument has been included in Romania's cultural heritage.

In our vineyards, we find black, red, and white grapes from varieties that can offer neutral, semi-aromatic, or aromatic wines, which we vinify to obtain dry, semi-dry, or sweet wines from our portfolio. Among the total number of grape varieties in our vineyards, we mention the most representative ones: Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Traminer, Busuioaca de Bohotin, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Tămâioasa Româneasca, Feteasca Alba, Fetească Regală and Galbena de Odobești.

The portfolio of Beciul Domnesc includes products from the categories wine, wine-based beverages, spirits, and vinegar. Among the wine brands in our portfolio are Mirabilis Machina, Sceptrus, Vinoteca, Comoara Pivniţei, Egregio, Rosé Vérité, Beciul Domnesc, Beciul Domnesc Grand Reserve, Sigillum Moldaviae, and others, while the vinegar portfolio is formed by the brands Mioriţa and Jad.
