Aufgabenbereich

You have the opportunity to significantly shape our positioning at the capital market and further develop the Investor Relations area.

• Communication with all IR stakeholders - especially dialogues with analysts and investors.
• Preparation of company analyses.
• Preparation of company presentations for quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as IR presentations for roadshows and conferences.
• Assistance in preparing quarterly and business reports.
• Ensuring compliance with IONOS Group SE's disclosure obligations.
• Development of the equity story.
• Organization and implementation of roadshows, conference appearances, conference calls, annual meetings or capital markets days.
• Expansion and maintenance of the IR database, coordination of IR appointments, investor targeting.
• Interface function to other departments, such as controlling, accounting, public relations, product management.

Qualifikationen

You ideally studied with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable field. Practical experience and possibly an apprenticeship are advantageous.

• Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting.
• First professional experience in a comparable position.
• Fundamental knowledge of financial reporting, good knowledge of the accounting of listed companies, and basic knowledge of relevant statutory provisions and admission requirements.
• High engagement and initiative, as well as stress tolerance.
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, confident demeanor, and communicative flair.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ideal knowledge of common Investor Relations information systems (CRM, market data).
• Travel readiness.
