Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture

We are seeking a powerhouse Manager of Infrastructure who bridges the gap between high-level strategic architecture and deep-dive technical execution. This isn't a "sit back and delegate" role; we need a seasoned expert who can design a global network in the morning and troubleshoot a VxRail cluster or a BGP routing issue in the afternoon. As the leader of our India-based infrastructure team, you will be the final authority on our hybrid-cloud ecosystem, ensuring our Azure, On-Prem (VxRail/VMware) and AWS environments are seamlessly integrated. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud-first strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including but not limited to: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and VMware vSphere. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our infrastructure team. As the Manager of Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Developing and maintaining a comprehensive cloud-first strategy that aligns with business objectives. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our hybrid-cloud ecosystem. * Designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to VxRail clusters, BGP routing, and other infrastructure components. * Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our infrastructure team. * Leading a high-performing India-based infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching as needed.
