What We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager II, Operations Management (1st Shift) who will be responsible for leading a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing multiple shifts, teams, and processes.
