Manager, Human Capital Programmes

The Manager, Human Capital Programmes, plays a pivotal role within the SBF Business Institute under the Workforce Development Division. This position is responsible for the strategic management and growth of multiple Human Capital programmes, which are key revenue drivers supporting the Federation’s objectives and SBI 2030 priorities. The Manager will curate programmes, drive outreach and engagement, and ensure the achievement of critical deliverables, including revenue targets, stakeholder satisfaction, and programme evaluations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen understanding of the Human Capital landscape.
