Manager – HR Operations & Payroll

ABOUT THE ROLE The Manager – HR Operations and Payroll will play a mission-critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR operational processes, compliance adherence, payroll execution, automation support, and overall governance of HR systems and documentation. This role demands strong attention to detail, process orientation, and an in-depth understanding of statutory regulations and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of HR compliance and operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. The Manager – HR Operations and Payroll will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of HR operational processes, including but not limited to: HR data management, employee records, benefits administration, payroll processing, time-off tracking, performance management, talent development, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Manager – HR Operations and Payroll will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all HR-related reports and data, as well as maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
