Job Summary Develops and implements Human Resources policies, procedures, and recruitment strategies. Originates Human Resources practices and objectives that provide a balanced and effective program across the facilities. Leads and oversees end-to-end recruitment processes and assists and advises senior management on Human Resources and talent acquisition matters. Develops and implements comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent. Collaborates with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective interview processes. Conducts pre-employment assessments and evaluates candidate qualifications. Provides guidance on employment law compliance and ensures a fair and consistent hiring process. Analyzes and interprets HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions. Develops and implements training programs for employees, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
