Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in the hotel industry

- Higher education. - Good written and spoken English language skills

- A presentable, sociable, friendly person.

- Excellent communication, perseverance, dynamism, team spirit, creativity.

- Very good planning and organization skills;

Job Description:

- Prospecting the market, demand, and service offers for tourist services and events (local, national, regional, international).

- Successfully managing all private event and group sales;

- Ensuring that hotel events are executed by offering high-quality and consistent services in sales, planning, billing, and collection.

- Preparing, in total, the necessary documentation (quoting, contracting, and verification).

- Presenting proposals for promoting and selling, as efficiently as possible, accommodation, event organization, and catering services.

- Establishing and maintaining contact with potential or existing clients, developing a client database.

- Scheduling meetings, identifying customer needs, and presenting all accommodation, event organization, and catering services during meetings.

- Taking over feedback from customers and solving any eventual complaints.

- Realizing activity and sales reports.

- Contributing to the realization of the monthly/quarterly/yearly budget.

- Realizing marketing, sales, and development strategies for the current year

- Realizing personnel policies (job postings, recruitment, establishing a work schedule, etc)

- Other specific job activities in the hotel industry.
