Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences

We are seeking a Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences with a strong consulting background and deep functional understanding of the US Healthcare and Life Sciences landscape. This role requires a self-driven leader who can bridge business, technology, and data/AI to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs across Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystems. The role demands end-to-end ownership of mid-to-large client portfolios, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and analysts to deliver high-quality services to clients, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and quality control. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that meet client needs. The Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the US Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.
