Role Scope: This role will be responsible for leading the Healthcare Data Analytics team, which includes data analysts, data scientists, and other support staff. The Manager will oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business decisions, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of care. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing data analytics strategies that align with Habitat Health's mission and goals

• Leading a team of data analysts and scientists to analyze complex healthcare data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and finance, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs

• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in healthcare data analytics and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within Habitat Health

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and caregivers, to ensure that data analytics solutions meet their needs and expectations

• Developing and managing budgets for data analytics initiatives and ensuring effective use of resources

• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data analytics projects and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within the Healthcare Data Analytics team
