The Sales Manager is responsible for the economic results of the department, management, and proper communication within the subordinate team in line with the company's strategy.

Your tasks:

- sales management and ensuring the smooth functioning of the subordinate department

- achievement of set sales targets

- ensuring professional customer service and responding to their needs

- planning and organizing the work of the team of employees

- building, motivating, training, and taking care of the team's development

Our requirements

- min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in retail chains

- experience in team management

- communication and cooperation skills

- independence, initiative, and good work organization

- responsibility and commitment to tasks performed
