We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Fund Accounting (Real Estate) to join our team in [Location]. As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fund accounting department, including overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing guidance and support to junior staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in fund accounting and is looking to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Accounting or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role; • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
