Manager Food & Beverage

We are looking for a visionary, innovative, dynamic and solution-oriented leader to join our team at Aro Palace & Horizon as Manager Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate identifies opportunities and solutions where others do not, coordinates efficient work teams and creates memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire activity of the Aro Palace & Horizon restaurant
• Motivate and develop teams in the Food & Beverage departments
• Develop and implement innovative menus adapted to current trends
• Create and update recipes with the culinary team
• Manage back-office processes: cost control, procurement, reporting
• Select and recommend suitable wines for the gastronomic concept
• Ongoing optimization of services to meet quality standards
• Manage existing human resources: checking work schedules, preparing/verifying monthly payrolls, supporting recruitment, planning, organization, and support for the team
• Coordinate special event and festive organization
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in services
• Implement growth and differentiation strategies on the market
• Fully follow and efficiently solve customer requests
• Participate actively in resolving team tasks
• Identify and apply creative solutions for process optimization

Candidates:

• Relevant experience as a similar position (ideal 3-5 years in 4-5 star hotels or top restaurants)
• Competence in analyzing and optimizing administrative processes, budgeting
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (reports, tables, cost analysis)
• Authentic leadership skills, creating, coordinating, and motivating work teams
• Proactive attitude, oriented towards resolving difficult situations
• Innovative vision, creative spirit, entrepreneurial mindset
• Solid knowledge of gastronomy, beverages, and culinary trends
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
