You will provide fiscal advice to entrepreneurs and play optimally on the future of their businesses. Varied work? Count on it! Each puzzle brings its own challenges with it. Moreover, you will work for diverse clients, from the local entrepreneur around the corner to the transport company with 100 employees. And through you, they can focus on realizing their entrepreneurial goals.

Not only for entrepreneurs, but also for your colleagues, you are an important fiscal hub. So accountants can build on your advice, for example when it comes to restructuring a business. You will also help other tax advisors grow in their profession. How you fill your role exactly? That's partly up to you! You'll get a lot of freedom at our company to develop new ideas. Extra interesting is that we give you the tools to become a partnerable tax advisor if you want. But even if you want to specialize further in a fiscal theme, you're well off at OOvB. We have a lot of eye for what you find important.

Requirements

• Give fiscal advice to entrepreneurs (from one-person businesses to 100+ employees).
• Collaborate with colleagues and coach junior tax advisors.
• Contribute to restructuring and complex fiscal issues.
• Freedom to develop specializations or partnership projects.

You know better than anyone that good cooperation with clients and colleagues leads to the best results. Your good advisory skills and your ability to make complex things clear come in handy here. You also enjoy coaching colleagues and building and maintaining an internal and external network. And, of course, within the framework of your profession, you come up with creative solutions for issues. And keep an eye on quality and short- and long-term results: thanks to you, entrepreneurs' fiscal matters are always in order.

• A salary between 5,535-8,405 depending on your experience and education.
