Your Role
As Manager Finance & Controlling, you will be responsible for the financial management of a group of medium-sized companies, ensure transparency, and support management with robust decision-making bases. You will work closely with management, think entrepreneurially, and actively participate in daily operations.

Your tasks:

• Financial Controlling & Management: Establishment, further development, and responsibility for group-wide financial controlling.
• Planning & Liquidity: Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning for all companies.
• Management Reporting: Creation and further development of meaningful reporting for management.
• Project & Investment Controlling: Economic evaluation and management of projects, especially in the infrastructure and expansion environment.
• External Financial Partners: Independent management of discussions with banks, financiers, as well as debtors and creditors.

👉The focus of the position is on transparent financial management, robust planning, and well-founded decision-making bases for management.

What you bring with you:

• Professional training & qualification background: Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Finance & Controlling: Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in a medium-sized environment, as well as experience with multi-company structures and complex financial relationships.
• Technical expertise in planning & analysis: Confident handling of budget planning, forecasts, business analyses, and a strong understanding of numbers.
• Interface & negotiation skills: Experience in collaborating with banks, financiers, and external partners, as well as negotiation skills in dealing with debtors and creditors.
• Work style & sense of responsibility: Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style. Furthermore, a high degree of initiative, responsibility, and reliability characterize you.
• Communication & personality: Clear, target-group-oriented communication at eye level, as well as the ability to present financial matters clearly and convincingly.
