Financial Manager

Schmitz Cargobull Oradea is expanding its team and is looking for a Financial Manager to contribute to the development and consolidation of the financial function in a rapidly growing international company.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the company's financial, accounting, and controlling activities.

Reports directly to the Plant Manager and provides support to management in the decision-making process.

Coordinates the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.

Monitors and analyzes costs, financial indicators, and operational performance.

Prepares financial reports and controlling analyses for local management and the Group.

Actively participates in the analysis of deviations from the budget and proposes measures for cost optimization and performance improvement.

Coordinates the monthly closing and financial reporting processes.

Ensures compliance with tax legislation and Group policies.

Collaborates with auditors, financial institutions, and authorities.

Coordinates the financial team (currently one subordinate), with the possibility of its development as the organization grows.

Utilizes the SAP system and contributes to the optimization of financial processes.

Requirements

Higher education in economics.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in a manufacturing company

Experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Solid knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and controlling.

Work experience in SAP.

English language – advanced level.

Very good analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
