Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on energy or a related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Hyperion or Anaplan. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Certifications in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or CFP, are a plus.
