Your New Job

As Manager Finance Transformation (all genders), you will drive the further development of our Finance processes and translate complex requirements into concrete, actionable initiatives. Your focus will be on harmonizing, automating, and optimizing central end-to-end processes using AI – from Order-to-Cash to financial statement preparation. You will combine deep finance understanding with project management, technology, and data, and work closely with Finance, Controlling, Sales, and other departments. You will take on a subject area with significant scope for development and help build a sustainable Finance transformation at NFON.

What You Will Contribute To

• You will analyze and optimize central end-to-end finance processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and individual and consolidated financial statement processes.
• You will identify potential for automation and the sensible use of AI and develop pragmatic transformation initiatives from these insights.
• You will initiate and manage finance transformation projects from analysis and conception to handover to the responsible business units.
• You will harmonize processes across different system landscapes and support their further development, including in the context of SAP Business One, Salesforce/Dynamics, and AAX.
• You will work on the structured integration of relevant finance information into our Data Lake, thereby improving the foundation for reporting and data-driven decisions.
• You will coordinate stakeholders from Accounting & Finance, Controlling, Customer Support, Sales, and other involved departments, and create clarity regarding goals, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• You will prepare decision-making bases for Senior Management, constructively address different perspectives, and consistently advance transformation projects.
• You will continuously develop the Finance Transformation at NFON together with the Finance Leadership Team, also addressing adjacent topics, for example in Controlling.

The Qualifications You Need

• You bring sound experience with finance and accounting processes and understand their end-to-end interdependencies as well as systemic and organizational dependencies.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience, for example in Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory, Audit Advisory, Consulting, or a comparable role in a corporate environment.
• You have independently managed transformation, process optimization, or digitalization projects and can confidently bring together different stakeholders.
• You are familiar with complex finance system landscapes from practical experience; experience with SAP, ERP/CRM systems, or billing solutions is a plus.
• You are interested in automation, data, and AI, and can translate new technologies into concrete, economically viable finance use cases.
• You work analytically and structurally, but do not lose sight of implementation and take responsibility for your topics.
• You communicate persuasively across different departments and hierarchy levels and can convey complex finance topics clearly and understandably.
