Manager, Finance Systems (GC/SW)

Job Purpose: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Systems-Manager to join our Finance Department to support our ongoing SAP implementation and future system enhancements. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between the Finance function and the IT/SAP project team, ensuring that system configurations meet business needs and comply with accounting requirements. This role also provides day-to-day SAP support to Finance staff and delivers user training to build system competency. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert-level guidance on SAP configuration and implementation to ensure alignment with financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Collaborating with the IT/SAP project team to develop and implement system enhancements that meet business needs. • Serving as a liaison between the Finance function and the IT/SAP project team, ensuring that system configurations meet business needs and comply with accounting requirements. • Providing day-to-day SAP support to Finance staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Delivering user training to build system competency among Finance staff. • Maintaining accurate records of system configuration changes and ensuring compliance with accounting requirements. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Accounting or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in finance systems management, preferably with SAP implementation experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Associate - Financials) is an asset.
