Manager - Finance & Accounts, Multi-speciality Hospital, Bengaluru

We are hiring for the role of Manager-Finance & Accounts, for our client a reputed Multi-Speciality hospital in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations. Compliance & Taxation: Handle statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory payments; support in filing of income tax returns and compliance with other tax laws. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the hospital's financial planning. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. Team Management: Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure effective functioning of the department. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hospital management, doctors, and other departments. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance financial reporting. Compliance with regulatory requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in finance and accounting. Certification: Possess a professional certification in finance or accounting such as CA, CMA, or CPA.
