Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to help drive the Financeand Accounting operations relating to our fund and fund’s portfolio companies,while developing effective policies and procedures.Roles & Responsibilities• Responsible for accounting operation, banking and cash flow management of all projects• Manage the statutory, tax and internal audits• Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory audit financials• Drive the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organisation• Detailed financial analysis of all projects and proposals• Interaction with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs etc for fundraising activities• Accountable for risk management, financial compliance and controls• Serve as an advisor to the team on accounting and taxation matters• Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST payments and ensuring payment of the taxes as per due date and filing of returns/forms and assessment• Effective review and supervision of all routine accounting activitiesEducation/ExperienceExperience & Skills• All India top rank holder CA/CS for finance, tax, and accounting services• 3-5 years of accounting and finance experience• Must have experience with finalisation of accounts, Statutory Compliance like GST, TDS etc• Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that can be implemented in real-time• Strong sense of ownership for work and drive to create impact• Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills 3+ years experience ( Finance candidate CA top ranker and CFA complete ) Queries:Email: [email protected]/WhatsApp: 8824678453
